Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a similar sturdy mailer.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
